Administrative Assistant – Financial Planning
SK Wealth Management, LLC, a personal financial planning, investment management services firm, located in Providence, RI, is currently seeking a qualified individual to serve as an Administrative Assistant to work as part of the SKWealth team to provide administrative support to the financial planning team.
This position works as part of the SKWealth team to assist with client service and coordination of client data for various software applications.
Specific responsibilities of this position include:
Assist in onboarding of new investment clients
Schedule client appointments and various other client communications
Coordinate document storage (electronic and hard copies)
Assist in supply orders/seasonal tasks
Coordinate client appointments with outside resource professionals
Assist with follow-up of pending tasks/communication
*This position is part-time (12-20 hrs.) with flexible work hours.

Necessary skills include:
Good communication skills
Proficient in CRM software (Junxure)
Proficient in Word, Outlook
Knowledgeable with Excel
Additional skills critical to success in this role include the ability to: establish specific priorities, define and realign objectives, coordinate schedules, identify inconsistencies and adjust procedures, and review lists and record information.
