CAS Account Manager
Sansiveri, Kimball & Co, one of the largest independent accounting firms in the Rhode Island, is seeking a Client Accounting Services Account Manager to join our team!
In this role, you will work in our team environment to coordinate and execute audits, reviews, compilations, agreed-upon procedures and special projects.

As a CAS Account Manager, you will:
- Be responsible for oversight, account management and accuracy of financial records
- Oversee, produce and present financial statements and results
- Develop and maintain insightful analytical reports
- Manage day to day bookkeeping responsibilities
- Drive the implementation of best practices and efficiencies
- Respond in a timely fashion to client inquiries
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with client personnel
- Work with CPA for tax planning and preparation support
- Maintain communication and collaborate with other CAS team members
Core strengths for this role, include: strong organizational skills, communication skills, a solid understanding of accounting procedures and tools
We focus heavily on preparation, planning and communication – you’ll also work closely with the engagement team’s management group to develop the procedures to be performed as well as identify the roles and responsibilities and assist in establishing expectations and deadlines. Our clientele covers a variety of industries including manufacturing, distribution, construction, healthcare, professional services, nonprofits and employee benefit plans.

Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in performing CAS related work OR 4 – 5 years of public / industry accounting experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Ability to meet multiple deadlines in a timely fashion
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Ability to learn and utilize various software, as necessary
