Outsourced Sr. Client Accounting & Controller Services Manager
This position will provide a combination of both outsourced controller and monthly accounting services to a variety of clients from different industries. This is a hybrid position is for our New Bedford, MA location.

Sansiveri, Kimball & Co., LLP, a leading regional public accounting, and business
consulting firm is seeking a qualified individual for the following opening in
our Client Accounting & Advisory Services (CAS) Group. Hybrid and flexible work
schedules available for this position working from their New Bedford, MA office.
Key Responsibilities:
Controller Services:
- Oversee account management and maintain accuracy of financial
records - Oversee, produce, and present financial statements and results
- Develop and maintain insightful analytical reports
- Drive the implementation of best practices and efficiencies
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with client personnel
- Work on Month–end and year–end close
- Budget to actual and other analyses
Monthly Accounting Services:
- Post transactions to the general ledger system
- Work on monthly bank reconciliations
- Reconcile third–party service provider reports to the general ledger
- Process cash disbursements including payments for approved
invoices - Oversee accounts receivable including issuing invoices and applying cash
receipts - Process payroll utilizing client’s third–party processor
Team Oriented:
- Maintain strong communication with others with the CAS Team
- Support other members of the CAS Team and Sansiveri
- Perform various other duties to support the continued growth and success
of the CAS Team
Clientele include:
- Small to medium businesses
- Industries include construction, manufacturing, not–for–profit, professional
services, and retail
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in performing CAS related work OR 4 –
5 years of public / industry accounting experience - Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Ability to meet multiple deadlines in a timely fashion
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficient in QuickBooks Online
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Ability to learn and utilize various software, as necessary
Preferred:
- Proficient in QuickBooks Desktop
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
