Mike has nearly 15 years of extensive experience in tax compliance and tax consulting for both business entities and high net worth individuals. He advises C corporations, S corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies on how to minimize tax liabilities. His expertise in both individual and corporate taxation enables him to thoroughly analyze a business transaction in order to ensure that it provides the ultimate tax savings to the individual business owner. Mike is a member of the firm’s construction and related services specialty group.
