If you are considering training your talent in 2018, please remember that the Governor’s Workforce Board (GWB) has funding available to help you with this expense (up to $50,000 per year per company). The Incumbent Worker Training Grants, offered through the GWB, are a valuable way to offset 50% of your cost to train your talent.
